Cosa rappresenta la Svizzera per te?

La Svizzera è stabilità, serenità. Mi fa sentire al sicuro dal punto di vista sanitario ed economico. È un posto sicuro per i bambini. Posso dare un giudizio positivo dopo tanti anni di residenza qui. All’inizio, però, il fatto di non essere integrata, di non capire la lingua, mi dava sensazioni come tristezza, solitudine, nostalgia. Ora sono integrata. Parlo tre lingue.

Cosa rappresenta l’Italia per te?

L’Italia è casa. Significa vacanze, evasione, il togliersi il peso del lavoro che qui è intenso.

What does Switzerland mean to you?

Switzerland represents stability and serenity. It makes me feel safe from a health and economic point of view. It is a safe place for children. I can give a positive assessment after so many years of living here. In the beginning, however, not being integrated, and not understanding the language, gave me feelings of sadness, loneliness, and nostalgia. Now I am integrated. I speak three languages.

What does Italy mean to you?

Italy is home. It means holidays, escape, and getting away from the burden of work, which is intense here.
